that he believes Mr
Hudson has the potential
to be one of the
defining artists of this
generation.
Mr Hudson took an active
part in the MyPenguin
project. The project is
aimed at encouraging the
public to design their
own covers for classic
paperbacks, launched by
penguin publishing. Mr
Hudson created a cover
for George Orwell’s
Animal Farm in
Collaboration with
Graffiti artist Mighty
Mo.
Mr Hudson’s new album
tentatively titled
Straight No Chaser is
slated to release on
October 19 2009.
Straight No Chaser will
be released under
G.O.O.D Music and
Mercury Records and
Kanye West is the
executive producer on
the album. Mr Hudson
says of his new album
that it will be less
structured and complex
than the first album
while being more
mainstream and direct.
In his words ‘it is not
trying to reinvent the
wheel. It’s straight, no
