Polyphonic ringtones must be downloaded, they cannot be sent directly to your phone. Before you order please make sure that the WAP or GPRS service is enabled on your phone.
All I've received is a text message, I don't have my ringtone?
We will send you a text message either containing a website address or a bookmark which you will need to go to using WAP/GPRS where you can download your tone. We cannot send the tone directly to your phone.
How do I download and save my polyphonic ringtone?
1. You will be sent an SMS message containing a link to a WAP site. The link will either be stored in your text message inbox or in your 'web', 'browser' or 'services' menu. If you cannot find the message in your text message inbox, it is most likely stored in your 'services' or 'browser' message inbox, your user manual should indicate where service / push messages are stored on your handset.
2. Once you have found the WAP link, connect to the link's address using your handset's WAP browser. If the message is in your text message inbox and you cannot connect directly from there, enter the full address (copying and pasting is possible on most handsets) into your WAP browser and connect. Please note, you cannot download the content in your PC's web browser.
3. Once connected to the WAP site, select the "Download" link and your content will be downloaded. You will be prompted to save the content, please make sure you select the SAVE option to save it to your phone.
